Welcome to the American Council on Education’s US-Mexico Higher Education Observatory! With generous support from Banco Santander, this Observatory builds on the research from our 2017 report on U.S.-Mexico higher education partnerships.
The Observatory allows us to track regular updates on partnership activity between higher education institutions and other actors that are interested in advancing US-Mexico higher education engagement. Here you can browse through categories of partnership activity including direct exchanges, faculty research and dual/joint degree programs.
